Our Doorstep Trash Collection is an amenity that residents will use multiple times a
week. Trash Valet King's proven system controls a community’s waste stream while
providing the community, its staff, and its residents numerous other benefits. These
benefits include, but are not limited to, the following:

Unlike a gym membership or other membership amenities, all residents will gladly use this service.

Doorstep collection increases resident retention and new leases by offering the
property a unique market advantage when compared with the local competition.

No sightings of residents dragging trash throughout the community or placing it on
their cars to shuttle trash to the dumpster.

- Pressure wash dumpsters inside and out and dumpster pad areas quarterly at each property.
- Customized violation door hanger citations
- Custom Branding for your Property – We provide branded recycling and/or trash bins with the property’s logo for a unified aesthetic.
- Trash Overflow Monitoring – we use smart sensors to monitor dumpster levels and prevent overflow before scheduled pickups, therefore reducing your monthly overage charges. Our valets will control the weight distribution so to alleviate or dismiss completely any overage charges from the city.
- Evictions/move outs, removal of all trash and bulk items to prepare unit for cleaning for the next tenant.
- Monthly bulk item removal from designated area.
- Commercial trash compactor provided with no up front cost to management company. Cost is for the duration of the contract. We can sell at end of contract or can lease.
- Move-In Concierge Service – Assist tenants during move-in by collecting packaging materials, cardboard boxes, and excess trash directly from their units.
- Resident Seasonal Cleanup Service – special seasonal services, such as removing holiday decorations, disposing of Christmas trees, or spring-cleaning trash removal.
- VIP Subscription Waste Services – premium subscription tiers for unlimited bags,
priority service, and add-on concierge options. - Dedicated Concierge Staff – we assign a valet concierge who handles all waste, recycling, and tenant requests on-site, ensuring a personal touch. (additional fee)
- Resident VIP Concierge Program – we offer tenants a concierge service that handles everything from dry cleaning pickup, package delivery, dog walking,
errand running to grocery shopping; all door to door. - Property Seasonal Decoration Removal – Handle removal and disposal of seasonal decorations from common areas.
- Garbage Bag Program – we can provide enough garbage bags to tenants to cover our annual service.
- On-Site Valet/Concierge
- Station a full-time valet team at your property to handle all waste, recycling, and tenant requests on demand.
